We recommend making your hotel reservations at Hyatt House Parsippany/Whippany based on its proximity to GAF headquarters. The hotel is two miles from GAF (less than a 10 minute drive) and includes a free breakfast with your stay. We have secured a shuttle service from the hotel to GAF.
The current rate for a one bedroom king suite at Hyatt House is $133 for members and $136 for non-members. ECA does not have a room block at the hotel, so this rate is not guaranteed.

Arrival and Departure
Plan to arrive at the hotel November 5th. Shuttles depart at 6:45 AM on November 6th; the workshop begins at 8:00 AM. Shuttles depart at 7:15 AM on November 7th.
Schedule your departing flights no earlier than 3 PM beginning November 7th.
Air Travel
Ground Transportation
You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the airport. We recommend using Uber, Lyft or a taxi.
We will use Uber/Lyft in groups throughout the event.

Dress is business casual for all meetings and casual for evening events. Closed-toe shoes are required for tours on November 6th.
